Our intent, even during these difficult economic times for government, is to launch this service and to establish how best to sustain it beyond September. We also find the New Mexico Rail Runner service an exciting and successful addition for New Mexico — something we hope eventually comes further north.  In the interim, we want everyone — locals and visitors alike — to be able to access it and Taos on weekends in a direct, easy, and relatively low cost manner.  We invite all New Mexicans to have a fun 'stay vacation' in Taos this summer — whether for a day or weekend!
